How To Use :
Start by shaking the bottle vigorously to combine the oil and water layers into a single blue liquid. Once mixed, soak a cotton pad until it is fully saturated. Gently press the pad onto your eyes or lips and hold it there for a short time to allow the formula to dissolve the makeup. After wating, swipe the pad away in a single smooth motion.
